Whenever the new sale cycle starts in your area, either Wednesday or Thursday, is the day that the mystery penny item is redeemable. You need to bring the coupon you can find in your paper on the day of the start of the sale, and you need to have $10 worth of groceries, before coupons. Just be sure to hand over the penny item coupon first. :)

Gather Together

P&G Brandsampler has released a new booklet, much like the Organize in Style, called "Gather Together." It has $35 worth of coupons inside on things like Febreze and Cascade.

Now, here is the part that I am confused about. Last time Organize in Style was open, it was through it's own site. This time it is through P&G's Brandsampler site. So, if you order this, I don't think you'll be able to get the one on the 15th. I'm waiting it out to see what the 15th will offer and decide from there. :)

It's time for Brandsampler!

Beginning on August 1st at 12 pm, you can order your P&G Brandsampler! According to their facebook page, it'll include samples of Always, Prilosic, and Head & Shoulders. You can join or claim your Bandsampler here. Definitely don't hesitate, because these are bound to go quickly.

Sunday coupons preview

Looks there are going to be 4 inserts on Sunday: 1 Proctor and Gamble, 1 SmartSource, 1 Unilever, and 1 RedPlum. You can see what will potentially be included here. Keep in mind, they are regional.

$1 off milk coupon

If you *hurry* over to follow this link, you can request a coupon off $1 off any gallon of white milk. This will be sent to you via snail mail. Sorry about the link to a link. It was the only way it worked for me.

Sad news...

Well my money saving friends, it seems that there is a bit of sad news. Rite Aid has decided to stop offering the monetary incentive to take their survey about the business. It used to be that you could receive a code to enter to take a survey, and then receive a $3 off $15 purchase coupon for your time. Sadly, they have decided to no longer do this. Here is what their facebook page said:

"We apologize for any difficulties you are experiencing with they $3 off a $15 purchase coupon offered for participating in our customer satisfaction survey. The offer is no longer available, but our stores will honor any receipts that have the survey invitation already printed on them. Simply present the receipt with the survey invitation at the time of checkout."

While this is a change in policy, technically, don't be discouraged. There are still many ways to save money, especially at the drug stores!

Free sample of Nivea body wash

You can order a free sample of Nivea Body Wash on All You's website. This is an exclusive offer for All You, and is completely different from any free sample offers from Nivea. You should be able to order both. Hurry, though, if you want it. They're only giving away 100,000!

2 Freebies!

Keep an eye out on Mac and Cheese's Facebook page. You can request something called "Macsurance," and people seem to be thinking it'll be a coupon for a free box. *Fingers crossed* It's all out for today, but keep checking. It opens up at random times.

Also, Vocalpoint members can request a $2.50 off coupon for a Bounce Dryer bar, plus coupons for a friend. Check to see if you have it in your "Try and Tell" section.

Want to know if you're paying too much?

One of the things that always bothered me when I first started couponing was wondering if the price I was paying was really that good. I've learned a lot over these past months, but I know I've still got a ways to go. Luckily the Krazy Coupon Lady came out with a handy dandy list of prices. There are over 200 items on the list, and they give you the 3-month and 6-month price. That means, if you have the coupons and ability to do so, the price at which to build your stock pile at for either 3 to 6 months. I will be printing out this list and keeping it in my notebook! You can find it here.
